SHTONDA.DESIGN is a design studio operated by PE Anna Krylach, a sole trader registered in Ukraine under registration number 265523112368, with its registered address at Pryladnyi Lane 10a, apt. 87, Kyiv 03142, Ukraine. SHTONDA.DESIGN is the trading name under which PE Anna Krylach operates. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean SHTONDA.DESIGN.

This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we store and protect it, who we share it with, and when we delete it. It covers two separate things: information collected from visitors to this website, and information we access inside our clients' Amazon Seller Central accounts when they authorize us to work there.

We comply with applicable data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and with Amazon's Data Protection Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

Part 1 — Information we collect from this website

What we collect

How we use it

How long we keep it

Part 2 — Information we access in our clients' Amazon Seller Central accounts

How we obtain access

Access is granted by the client, through Amazon's own authorization process in Seller Central (Settings → User Permissions → Manage Services). Authorization is time-limited and the client can withdraw it at any time.

We never ask for, accept, or hold a client's username, password, access keys or two-step verification codes. We will not work in an account using a client's own login, and we will not ask a client to export information manually in order to work around Amazon's access model.

Who has access

SHTONDA.DESIGN is a single-owner business. The owner, Anna Krylach, is the only person with access to client Seller Central accounts and client Amazon data. Independent contractors who occasionally assist with graphic production never receive Amazon credentials, Amazon data, or access to any seller account.

What we access

We request only the permissions needed for the creative work described on this website: building and publishing listing content and images, A+ Content, Brand Story and Brand Store pages, and reviewing the performance of that content so we can improve it.

We do not request, access, store or process personal information about Amazon customers. We do not request access to orders, customer contact details, payments, pricing, taxes, returns or customer messaging.

What we use it for

We use a client's information only for that client's work. We do not aggregate information across our clients' businesses to create datasets, benchmarks or reports for any other party, including other clients. We do not sell information, and we do not use it to market to Amazon customers.

Where we publish a case study that includes a client's performance figures, we do so only with that client's written permission, and we state the measurement period and the source of the figures.

How we protect it

How long we keep it, and deletion

We keep a client's information only as long as needed to deliver the engagement. We delete it within 30 days of the earliest of: the client withdrawing our authorization or ending the engagement; Amazon requiring deletion; or our determining that we are no longer entitled to hold it. Deletion covers all live and accessible copies and uses recognized secure deletion methods. A client can request deletion at any time, and we will confirm in writing once it is done.

We may retain a limited record where the law requires it, for example for tax purposes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or trade client information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as cloud storage and design tools, under written confidentiality and data protection obligations, and where required by law, a court order or a regulatory authority.

Your rights

Under applicable data protection law you may ask us to: give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you; correct it if it is inaccurate; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; or provide it in a portable format. You may also withdraw consent to marketing at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email anna@shtondadesign.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

International transfers

We operate from Ukraine and use service providers located outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes affecting clients will be communicated directly.
