These Terms of Use govern your use of this website and the services described on it. The website and the services are provided by PE Anna Krylach, a sole trader registered in Ukraine under registration number 265523112368, registered address Pryladnyi Lane 10a, apt. 87, Kyiv 03142, Ukraine, trading as SHTONDA.DESIGN ("we", "us", "our"). Where a service involves working inside a client's seller account, we do so only under access the client grants through Amazon's own authorization process, and only within the permissions described on our home page.
Prices shown on this website are starting prices and are not an offer. A binding scope and price exist only once we have issued a written quotation for a specific brief and the client has accepted it in writing. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
We will not accept a client's username, password, access keys or verification codes, and we will not work in an account using a client's own login.
Payment terms are set out in the accepted quotation or statement of work. Unless agreed otherwise, work begins after the agreed advance payment is received, and final files are released after the balance is paid.
The number of included revision rounds is stated in the quotation. Additional rounds, or changes that materially alter an approved scope, are quoted separately before they are carried out.
On full payment, the client receives the rights to the final approved deliverables produced for that engagement. Working files, intermediate concepts and our own methods, templates and tools remain ours. Stock assets and licensed fonts remain subject to their own licences.
We may show work we have produced in our portfolio and marketing materials. A client may ask us in writing not to, and we will comply.
We do not guarantee any particular commercial outcome, ranking, traffic level, conversion rate or sales figure. Amazon performance depends on factors outside our control, including price, inventory, advertising, competition, reviews and Amazon's own algorithms and policies.
We do not guarantee that Amazon will approve any submission. Where a submission is rejected, we correct and resubmit it within the agreed scope.
We design to Amazon's published content and image standards. The client remains responsible for the accuracy of product claims, regulatory compliance of product information, and any claim requiring substantiation.
Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only for the engagement. This obligation survives the end of the engagement.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, sales, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Either party may end an engagement in writing. The client pays for work completed and work in progress up to the date of termination. On termination, the client withdraws our account access, and we delete client material within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes that cannot be resolved by negotiation are subject to the courts of Ukraine, unless the accepted quotation or statement of work provides otherwise.
